Wireframes for Concept Design Phase
Initiated the design process with low to mid-fidelity wireframes to shape the overall structure, layout, and user flows. This phase was focused on functionality and user goals, allowing space for fast iteration and internal feedback.
Designed key user journey screens to validate interaction flow.
Avoided distractions of visual elements to focus purely on usability.
Used grayscale palettes for clarity and stakeholder alignment.
Final Pixel-Perfect Prototype
Transitioned into high-fidelity, pixel-perfect prototypes where visual design, usability, and brand consistency were prioritized. Every component was aligned with a scalable design system.
Font Style: Used a modern, clean sans-serif typeface to ensure readability across all screen sizes, especially in data-heavy environments.
Color Style: Chose a calm and professional color palette combining deep blues and greys with accent colors for alerts and status signals—designed to reduce eye strain and maintain focus.
Incorporated responsive design practices and micro-interactions for enhanced user feedback and flow continuity.
Collaborated with developers using Figma for precise specs and design tokens.
User Assurance Testing (UAT)
Before launch, conducted structured User Assurance Testing (UAT) to validate both design functionality and user satisfaction. This phase ensured that real users could navigate the product without confusion.
Created UAT scenarios based on common and edge-case workflows.
Collected feedback through observation and usability scoring.
Used insights to make final design tweaks and optimize user onboarding.

UX STORYBOARDS

Helping traders to manage and run there automated strategies successfully.
Designed to simplify the management and execution of automated trading strategies through intuitive, user-centric interfaces. The experience enables real-time control, seamless monitoring, and quick adjustments. Built for traders to make faster, smarter decisions with confidence and clarity.
My contribution
Contributed to designing a user-friendly platform that enables traders to seamlessly manage and run their automated strategies. Focused on simplifying complex workflows and creating intuitive interfaces to support real-time decision-making.
Key Contributions:
Designed the end-to-end platform interface for automated strategy management.
Created intuitive user flows for strategy creation, monitoring, and execution.
Conducted user research to understand trader pain points and streamline the experience.
Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes for real-time feedback.
Ensured responsive design for a smooth experience across devices.
Collaborated with developers to implement a clean, efficient UI with real-time data visuals.
Process
UX Schedule
Planned and maintained a structured UX schedule aligned with the product timeline and development sprints. This included weekly design goals, research deadlines, feedback loops, and handoff stages. Ensured timely delivery of each phase while staying adaptable to product needs.
Used agile methodology to sync with sprint cycles.
Prioritized tasks based on user impact and technical feasibility.
UX Objectives
Defined clear UX objectives focused on improving usability, increasing efficiency, and empowering traders with better control. Each goal was mapped to specific user needs and business outcomes.
Examples include reducing the time to deploy a strategy and improving error handling visibility.
UX Storyboards
Created detailed UX storyboards to visualize user interactions, emotional responses, and contextual flows across key moments. This helped the team understand user behavior beyond screens and align on a user-first narrative.
Used storyboards to identify friction points and opportunities early in the design phase.
Team Collaborative Sessions
Held regular collaborative sessions with product managers, developers, and QA teams to brainstorm, validate ideas, and solve usability challenges together.
Encouraged open feedback, co-design, and alignment between design and development.
Facilitated quick design iterations through Figma-based design reviews.
Iteration is Constant
Adopted a mindset of continuous improvement where design was never final. Feedback loops, usability testing, and analytics were key to iterating quickly and effectively.
Incorporated user insights post-launch to refine UX further.
Repeated small cycles of design → test → improve.
